• Enquiries and messages: name, mobile number, email address, location and your message, when you use the contact, enquiry or property requirement forms, or call / WhatsApp us.
• Account details: name, email, mobile number, username, password, user type, address and PIN code, when you register.
• Property ads: property details, price, location, photos and contact details you add when you post a property.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit.
• Your saved properties, searches and recently viewed properties, so these features work.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

We do not ask for bank details, card numbers, Aadhaar or other government ID numbers on this website.

3How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your enquiries and connect you with the property owner, builder or agent you asked about.
• To share property options that match your requirement, and to provide our approval assistance services when you ask for them.
• To create and manage your account and publish the property ads you post.
• To keep the website safe: preventing spam, fake listings, fraud and misuse.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We use your data only for these purposes. If we need it for a new purpose, we will ask you first.

4Who We Share It With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Property owners, builders and agents: when you enquire about a property, your name and contact details may be shared with the person who listed it, so they can reply.
• Public property ads: the details you put in a property ad, including any contact details you choose to show, can be seen by everyone who visits the website.
• Service providers: companies that host the website, send email, or provide analytics, spam protection and advertising (see section 7). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons: government bodies, courts or police, when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the public from fraud.

5Information You Make Public

Anything you add to a property ad is public. Think before adding personal information you do not want others to see. You can edit or delete your ad from My Properties after logging in, or ask us to remove it.

6Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep you logged in, remember saved properties and searches, protect forms from spam and understand how the website is used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as login and saved properties, may not work without them.

7Third-Party Services

We use these services, which may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics: visitor statistics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Google reCAPTCHA: spam protection on our forms.
• Google AdSense (where ads are shown): may show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage this in Google Ad Settings.
• Google Maps and WhatsApp: when you open a map or start a WhatsApp chat from our website.

8How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries and messages: as long as needed to reply and follow up, normally up to 2 years.
• Accounts and ads: while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to, we remove your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Security records (such as IP addresses linked to form submissions): kept for a limited period to prevent spam and fraud.

9Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct or update data that is wrong or incomplete.

This website is for adults (18 years and above) buying, selling or renting property. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
